beautifully landscaped grounds, outdoor fire pits, various types of chickens.

Could really use quieter air conditioning!!! Also, table lamps with charging stations would be a nice touch for modern convenience!!!

The King Suite was really comfy! The bed had fresh linens and the room was spotless, which was a major plus. The bathroom was nicely updated with new white tile, and the shower was the right size. I loved that they had shampoo and conditioner provided. Also, fresh towels every day! It felt cozy and clean, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just wish I could've stayed longer to enjoy it more. But really, I was impressed overall!

We had an amazing stay with beautifully decorated rooms and an unforgettable breakfast with made-to-order omelets from fresh eggs. The only downside was GPS gave us wrong directions!

Family getaway delight

We had a blast there the bed was beyond comfy like I actually slept like a baby all night and breakfast wow they had fresh eggs and homemade granola that was amazing. The fire pit in the back was a huge hit we roasted marshmallows and the host even helped us get it started.

It wasn’t the cheapest place around but for the experience it was all good.

friendly staff

It was a commendable fit for a brief visit in Sunderland with reasonable value. The staff was really friendly and helpful during my stay. Bring a travel charger as there weren't many outlets available for devices.
